Featured Project: Ballentine YMCA Express

The Ballentine YMCA Express is located in a shared building with Ballentine Family Medicine in Irmo, SC. The building’s scope included full medical office and exam space for a 7,500 SF family practice center, a community meeting room, and the 10,000 SF YMCA Express. The design also includes a beautiful atrium entrance foyer — providing an outstanding common area assembly space for flexible use and functionality — along with a signature exterior canopy feature. Large windows allow plenty of natural light, and a specialized cycling room with custom mural was also included. In addition, there are men's and women's locker rooms, changing spaces, a children's play area, and a large reception desk.
