Congratulations, Kaminsky’s Baking Company Vista!

The Hood Construction team would like to send our congratulations to Homegrown Hospitality Group on the opening of their newest Kaminsky’s Baking Company location in Columbia’s Vista. This is the first Midlands location for Kaminsky’s, following the success of their Charleston store on North Market. The bakery serves a number of cakes and pies, along with a vast array of specialty coffee, wine, craft beer, milkshakes, and cocktails.

The building’s scope included full demolition and build-out of the new kitchen space, serving counter, dining room, and restroom facilities, as well as structural integration with Pearlz Oyster Bar, which is immediately next door. Extensive finish work, a custom bar, mechanical upgrades, and plumbing upgrades also took place in preparation for the new bakery.
