Hood Construction Virtual Design Manager Wins NAWIC Award

Hood Construction is thrilled to share that Virtual Design Manager, Natalye Jackson, has received the National Association of Women in Construction’s (NAWIC) 2022 Future Leader of the Year Award for the South Atlantic Region.
Chosen from members in 12 chapters throughout South Carolina, North Carolina, and Virginia, the NAWIC Future Leader of the Year – South Atlantic Award recognizes outstanding efforts of a new NAWIC member who has been actively involved throughout their first three NAWIC years. Based in Fort Worth, TX, NAWIC provides its members with opportunities for professional development, education, networking, leadership training, public service, and more. Natalye joined NAWIC in 2020 and is Chair of Professional Development and Education Committee as well as the Nominating Committee, is the current Recording Secretary, and also serves on various committees for the Columbia Chapter. She has also been an active participant in their Construction Kids event, which introduces children to the construction industry in an effort to create awareness and promote careers in the industry.
