Hank’s Seafood

Historic Renovation, Hotel/Restaurant

Project Summary

This unique and challenging project involved the total structural and architectural restoration of a circa 1800 building. The project qualified for a 20% tax credit, which vastly increased the historical preservation requirements. The project included construction of a completely new steel skeleton inside the existing skin of the building, historic restoration of the existing stucco, brick, windows and a new copper roof.

To the left of the restaurant, a street-level office, and second-floor high-end corporate apartment, were also included in the project scope.
