Project Summary
Hood Construction was selected as CM-R partner for this 240,000 SF facility, of which 60,000 SF underwent a comprehensive renovation into office/meeting space. The renovated facility features a mixture of private and open offices, ample natural light thanks to the addition of new window openings, meeting rooms, breakroom areas, training facilities, a server room, and an entirely new mezzanine level.
