J’s Corner
Hotel/Restaurant
Project Summary
On the site of what was known as South Carolina’s oldest continually operating bar, J’s Corner is a 6,300 SF restaurant and sports bar with architecture reminiscent of the original Jaco’s Corner gas station.
Part of the historic Olympia Mill neighborhood, the restaurant is designed to be a staple of game day in Columbia, with a large hardscaped patio outdoors, television screens, and roll-up garage doors to facilitate indoor-outdoor flow. The patio serves as a gathering space for fans, with cornhole games and other tailgate essentials.
