Project Summary
Hood Construction was selected as CMR partner for this progressive new college ministry center, constructed in the heart of Columbia’s busy 5-points entertainment district. The project scope included complete demolition of an existing 2-story building, with extensive preparatory sitework.
The new building is built of structural steel framing and exterior masonry walls, with precast concrete accents. Interior elements include a welcoming reception area with a modern ‘life lounge’, spacious activity room, a full commercial kitchen, restroom facilities, outside gathering spaces and storage.
