Palmetto Club

Historic Renovation

Project Summary

This highly-visible and complex downtown project consists of a renovation to the Palmetto Club’s original 3-story structure (1950’s), an expansive renovation to newly acquired multi-story space in the adjacent Creason Building (late 1800’s), along with the construction of an elevator/stairwell insert structure providing greater accessibility to both buildings. The project scope included a full-service commercial kitchen, banquet facilities, casual dining, a tap room, multiple meeting rooms, administrative offices, and other service and storages spaces. Fully upgraded mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire suppression systems were required for all spaces, providing seamless integration. Interior finishes and furnishings were beautifully selected, with many high-end and custom design elements.
