Our Approach Ensures It’s Built the Right Way
Our strategy for every project is Construction Management at Risk (CM-R) delivery. We call it the Roundtable Approach. CM-R brings everyone together at the very beginning of a project. All of us, including you, sit down to talk about the project goals.
At the initial kickoff meetings, we’ll talk through your vision and ideas. Everyone has a chance to contribute and will leave the meeting knowing what we’re working towards and the project schedule. It’s a process that involves anyone supporting your project, like architects and engineers.
This level of planning helps us manage costs and deliver the project on time. And if something changes, or you’re working on an expedited schedule, CM-R allows us to account for any changes to address your specific needs.
Your Project Comes to Life in Three Phases
Pre-Construction
We’ll establish a timeline, budget, and loss control measures. Everyone, from architects to engineers, collaborates in this process to ensure we’re all on the same page and have the same goals.
Construction
Once we’re building, we’ll keep you in the loop of what’s going on. Your Project Superintendent will send daily and weekly progress reports.
Closeout
As the project wraps up, we inspect every detail to make sure everything is working as intended and looks exactly right so your building is ready for occupancy.
